Aluvion acted for Earth to Kids Inc., a producer of organic pasta made from chickpeas, in connection with its seed financing round.
With Aluvion’s help, Earth to Kids issued convertible debentures to various investors on a private placement basis for aggregate proceeds amounting to approximately $150,000. Aluvion is currently acting for Earth to Kids in connection with a subsequent financing transaction.
